Welcome and thanks for your interest in Renewed NW! My name is Tim Furnanz. My family and I moved to Bainbridge Island in 2023, and we love living in Kitsap County. I have worked for numerous years providing painting and exterior cleaning services prior to launching Renewed NW in the summer of 2025. I also work as an educator in the Bainbridge Island School District, and I enjoy the variety of both investing in students and improving homes.

I am a single owner-operator, which means I do all the work for my customers, and I bring the same commitment to dependability and quality to everything I do.
